At Zoe Christian, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may not be the right fit for you. 

 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or a store credit.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if they have been worn or if the packaging has been opened, unless they are defective.
